Unfortunately I don't know where else the mod could be (I don't use mods). The other is that there is still a mod sitting somewhere changing the game files. Which you say isn't running and not even installed. One is the game is somehow manipulated in memory with e.g. So, there are only two ways that can happen. Just to make sure I am not misunderstanding something, though, what you do is you start your first game on a new save file with Isaac and you immediately have quad shot and infinite keys and bombs (and more)? Right? Reinstalled, game booted up in small screen, all settings reset. Great, excellent, uninstallled, located and deleted mods, save file and save file #2, other files weren't there
